Capital and
labor are in confrontation with each other
Let us see how many people’s expectations are destroyed
With cleverness and prudence this mischief cannot be delayed
Because “Wa qad kuntum bihâ tasta‘jilën”1
Gog and Magog all have been released
The Muslim eye will see the meaning of Yansilën 2

"Would ye then believe in it at last, when it actually cometh to pass?
(It will then be said): 'Ah! now? and ye wanted (aforetime) to hasten it on!'

Holy Qur’an 21: 96. See also Appendix II. In this verse the reference is to the
capitalist-imperialists who together despoiled the defenseless non-European
world.
“Until the Gog and Magog (people) are let through (their barrier), and they
swiftly swarm from every hill.” (21:96)

Life may be

Banking, landlordship, monarchy

The patient of
civilization will not be cured by the gŕlâ 1
For curing of the malady you should present him with pill
There was a time when in exchange for the teacher’s services
One wanted that the gift of the heart he should present!
Times have changed so much that the pupil after the lesson
Says to the teacher “You should present the bill”

دفع مرض کے
واسطے پل پيش
کيجيے
تھےوہ بھي
دن کہ خدمت
استاد کے عوض
چاہتا تھا
ہديہء دل پيش
کيجيے دل
زمانہ
ايسا کہ لڑکا
پس از سبق بدلا
کہتا ہے
ماسٹر سے کہ
''بل پيش کيجيے!''

Every object has the urge
To manifest itself;
Every atom serves
An unknown divine will.
Life is death without
The impulse to assert itself.,
The building up of Selfhood
Is a sublime assertion.
The wandering stars are sad,
Solitary and lost;
For solitude is the doom
Of all existent life.
The pale—faced moon,
Remote from the starry realm,
Is alone, adrift,
In the cosmic void.
Thou art the only truth
In this world of illusion;
The rest is all a glassy—
Fabric of thy vision.
